Defeating Hornet in the Daughter of Hallownest mod created by Hir Ngolwe that makes her slightly faster and more challenging. This has come a long way since the earlier version and my congratulations to Hir Ngolwe on completing this!
I like how this one ended up. Hornet is a good bit faster and doesn't really let up, forcing you to hit and run or otherwise try to dodge and counter. For the earlier builds I generally used a spell build as descending dark was highly useful for dodging and damage, but when the final portion removed your spells a nail build was the way to go. This is a fight that sharp shadow really shines on - there are many opportunities to dash through Hornet as she dives or dashes at you. Dashmaster/Sprintermaster was used mostly to keep my distance in P3, as the orb throw is easiest to dodge by the wall (it can be dodged other ways, but in terms of just winning that's the way I found that worked best for me).
I definitely want to revisit this and possibly beat it on radiant.
