Derrick Rose says he always felt mentally and physically able to play at a high level again

Derrick Rose told me he always knew he would be able to play at a high level again. All it took was patience and another chance. He's getting that this year in Minnesota and showing that he is back to competing at a high level. He went off for 50 points earlier this season.
