What people don’t realize
Due to my online presence, I always receive emails and messages from people around the world. However, what I have come to understand is that many of them do not realize many of the true situations or realities I face on a day-to-day basis.
Here are a few things I feel people don't realize about me and my life
1) I am a family man, I have priorities, I have bills to pay, I have a family to look after, I have person, professional and miscellaneous expenses to pay. And I say this because unknown people ask me things for 'free' by virtue of my services or expertise without considering that even I have expenses.
2) I absolutely hate it when people moan and groan about life stating life is not easy or that life is not fair. Well guess what - life was never meant to be fair. So whom do you blame for this? You don't - you just take charge of life.
3) Just like anyone and everyone else - even I go through challenges. And they can manifest themselves in the form of money, future, health or even earning money to pay my bills.
4) People seldom realize - I’m a human being and I go through the same rainbow of emotions like happiness, sadness, anger, disgust, surprise and fear.
5) This is something people don't think about - I have to constantly manage myself. This takes a lot of self-awareness and self-control
6) This is the biggest reality - if I fail - there is no one to blame but myself. I have no room for excuses.
7) Bottomline end of the day is simply this - Being a Personal Brand and Self-Earning businessman - I am all alone. If something were to happen to me - its game over. There is no one else I can turn to.
