Keto and fasting products that I trust. You guys have been asking for it time and time again, so here it is just in time for the holidays. The first product that I'm gonna mention that you can get down in the description below is Lakanto monkfruit. Okay, so I did a video talking about monkfruit and how monkfruit actually has a very powerful effect because the body sees it as an herb, not as a sweetener, so it doesn't have quite as much of what's called an excitotoxin response. Monkfruit, although it's combined with erythritol in this case, is actually perfect of the ketogenic diet. Because not only are you giving yourself the ability to have something sweet, you're also having a potentially positive effect on your gut bacteria in small amounts by using the erythritol too.
