004 - Microgreen Grow Rack Set-up

In this video Kyla & I set-up a 5 shelf metal rack that we got from Home Depot and we plan to use it to grow microgreens, seedlings, and flowers this spring. Building the rack was fairly quick & painless - we finish that up around a minute and a half into the video, then we talk about how we plan to use the rack, what we're going to grow, and install a grow light on it.
Microgreens continue to grow in popularity not only with restaurants & chefs, but with your everyday consumer as well! They're highly nutritious, pack a punch of flavor, and are extremely versatile in their uses.
