Snake Charming School
Snake charmers create the illusion that they’re hypnotizing a snake by playing an instrument called a “pungi,” which is like a flute. The snake charmer also waves this instrument around in front of the snake. This Snake Charming School in India teaches children as early as age two.
Husband Hunting School
Who would think that you would need to go to school to find a husband? Well, in Japan, a Husband Hunting School began in 2010 specifically for the purpose of guiding single women to find the right life partner. In the past, Japan women relied heavily on their parents’ involvement in marriages.
The School In The Real World
How would you like to go to school and do whatever you want? The kids in ‘The School In The Real World’ do just that. The school doesn’t have a set curriculum, nor does it have any rules for the students to follow.
Harvey Milk School was built specifically for the needs of LGBT students. The school, located in New York City, was designed to welcome and educate students who didn’t feel they fit in at other schools. It welcomes people regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.
The Freerunning School is yet another unconventional school where traditional subjects such as science and math are not taught. Instead, the school teaches how to jump, run, and do flips. It’s a school for acrobats, specifically parkour.
