The big news of 2017 was the release of a $20/month unlimited postpaid plan, available only on a weird little hotspot device called the Mobley acquired via the Connected Car department within AT&T. This option fully retired by late 2017.
Starting in late December 2018 there's an uconnect e-mail promotion going around offering the device and plan again to some Chrysler & Jeep owners. At present time, AT&T is not checking eligibility.
