25 Minute Morning Qigong Routine - Qigong to Energise the Body and Mind

This 25 Qigong morning routine is inspired by the Qigong 8 pieces of Brocade. I've included a quick warm up and body tapping techniques to make the routine more fun!
This Qigong routine is ideal for beginners and seniors. Easy Qigong exercises to stretch and activate the muscles, boost the circulation and enhance breathing.
Take time to connect with the muscles and joints by simply observing the sensations inside. Every time you relax the muscles, observe the relaxation spreading inside the body leaving a sense of comfort and ease.
