Today's FULL CLASS includes a warm up, a cool down and plenty of sweat in between! We're getting a total body tone up with LOW IMPACT CARDIO and body-shaping WEIGHTS. Simple enough for beginners (there's no jumping!), but great for advanced exercisers with heavier dumbbells, too!
SET UP:
Complete two rounds of cardio before doing 10-15 reps of weighted exercises; complete the entire circuit 3x
WARM UP:
