A House Self Sufficient In Vegetables

The ability to be self sufficient in vegetables and fruit requires less land than you might think. In this video I give a tour of my parents garden where they are almost fully self sufficient in vegetables and fruit with the exception of a few tropical fruits. I also explain why it's important that you can store the food, especially in cold climates where the vast majority of food can only be harvested for a few months of the year.
