Centre, CBI Told To File Response On Plea Over Phone Tapping | Audio Bulletin | ABP News

The Delhi High Court on Tuesday asked the Central government and the CBI to reply to a plea seeking direction to constitute a SIT to look into the abuse of power by some officials of the investigating agency by illegally tapping phone calls.  A division bench of Chief Justice Rajendra Menon and Justice V. Kameswar Rao asked the Centre and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to file their reply and listed the matter for further hearing on March 26.
दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय ने मंगलवार को केंद्र सरकार और सीबीआई से एक याचिका का जवाब देने के लिए कहा, जिसमें अवैध रूप से फोन कॉल के जरिए जांच एजेंसी के कुछ अधिकारियों द्वारा सत्ता के दुरुपयोग को देखने के लिए एक एसआईटी गठित करने के लिए निर्देश देने की मांग की गई थी। मुख्य न्यायाधीश राजेंद्र मेनन और न्यायमूर्ति वी। कामेश्वर राव की खंडपीठ ने केंद्र और केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो (सीबीआई) को अपना जवाब दाखिल करने के लिए कहा और मामले को 26 मार्च को आगे की सुनवाई के लिए सूचीबद्ध किया।
