Yeah, for it being a 2017 vehicle, it was in pretty bad shape.

Why did we charge less?
Due to my fault of trying to record too much and not telling the customer how long it was going to take, we didn't get everything done in the time slot we had.
We definitely could have finished the car in 2.5 hours, that's normal time. But since we didn't I charged $180 for the work we did.
