In 'General Hospital,' the environment is both intense and suspenseful with a serial killer in loose. The serial killer in question is Ryan Chamberlain, identical twin of Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) thought dead over two decades ago, but now he is back with more evil intent than ever. The murder mystery has run longer than we had expected to, but we can understand why as the nail-biting storyline is giving us some dangerous Game of Thrones vibe.Since considerable time has passed after Kiki's (Hayley Erin) death and Ryan loves to kill, we predict that he is going to go for his next one very soon probably by this week or the next.Lulu (Julie Berman) and Carly (Laura Wright) have come threateningly close to him and so has Franco (Roger Howarth) made exciting developments in his part.
