HAD TO CRY TODAY : Guitar Lesson 5 - PRACTISING THE TWO PARTS - Clapton - Winwood - Blind Faith

HAD TO CRY TODAY : Guitar Lesson 5 - PRACTISING THE TWO PARTS - Clapton - Winwood - Blind Faith

In this part of the the ‘Had To Cry Today’ tutorial series we have six different mixes of the song up to and including the first chorus. Use this to practise the two guitar parts, perhaps using the songs where one guitar is lower in the mix to work on that particular part. Remember, you do not need to get the picking exactly on the record in order to create the right sound and feel. Just study how it was done and where on the neck it was played, then play along using a similar style.
These are the six mixes:
1. Balanced Mix - Low Backing
2. Balanced Mix - No Backing
3. First Guitar Up - Low Backing
4. First Guitar Up - No Backing
5. Second Guitar Up - Low Backing
6. Second Guitar Up - No Backing
Have fun with it.
Cheers,
Mark
