It looks very simple question: WHAT OBSERVATION DO YOU MAKE?
But many students make the very irrelevant mistake in solving this question in the CIE O Levels Final Examination of Chemistry 5070.
So, I decided to make a video on this to clear your confusion so you don't make the same repeated mistake.
Title of Video: How to Write Observation Question in CIE Chemistry 5070 Paper?
Description: The Examiner wants you to write your actual observation which you observe during any particular reaction he gives.
You make your Observation by three things.
1: Eyes ( What you see is what you Observe )
2: Nose ( What you smell when the reaction occurs )
3: Feeling ( What do you fell during the reaction )
For Example, in your O Level Exams, you get questions like this:
Q: NaCl + H2O = Na+ ions + Cl- ions + H20 Suppose this!
The answer which you write: I can observe the sodium ions and chloride ions making.
THAT'S WRONG! As this is what you can not see with your eyes!
Right, Answer: I can observe sodium chloride mixing up with the water as we stirred it. In the end, the sodium chloride completely dissolve.
