Some EV owners are confused when they see ADA compliant handicap charging spaces. Are they restricted to those who qualify for both statuses, or am I free to use them to charge? Well, California released an opinion on these spaces. They are dual-purpose, with the primary purpose being electric vehicle charging. The secondary purpose is as parking.
