Record Antarctic ice melt may lead to rising sea levels, warn scientists

A new study has revealed that the melting of ice and snow from the entire continent of Antarctica has accelerated 6 times faster in the last four decades due to global warming. Scintists have warned that the sea levels could rise by metres because Antarctic ice is melting six times as quickly as before.
