Tyson Fury sent ‘derisory’ offer to fight Anthony Joshua by Eddie Hearn, claims Frank Warren

Fury and Joshua are domestic rivals (Picture: Getty) Frank Warren insists Tyson Fury would only be interested in a 50-50 split with Anthony Joshua after Eddie Hearn issued an official offer to the heavyweight.  Hearn revealed this week Fury had been offered the chance to fight Joshua at Wembley in April and that the Brit was more likely to face the three-belt world champion than Deontay Wilder.  But Warren has now dismissed Hearn’s claims, insisting the offer he sent directly to Fury was a joke. Hearn bypassed Warren to send an offer to Fury (Picture: Getty) ‘What we’re working on is the fight with Deontay Wilder, but there’s certainly no 60-40 offer to us, that’s rubbish.’  Warren went on to say that only an equal split would interest Fury, who is bidding to become a world champion again in his next fight.  Joshua and Hearn are struggling to find an opponent for Wembley and have made several offers to rival heavyweights, including Dillian Whyte.
