I had a lot of messages asking why the parents didn’t just go get their daughters. Well, because they are legally adults they have no rights to do so. Also you’re not snatching anybody up at the court, that will only get you locked up. And straight from Azriel’s dad’s mouth she ignored him when he spoke to her in the courtroom.
