Speaker: Ayoub Khalil
I'm going to discuss some intermittent fasting benefits.
First of all, the blood levels of insulin drug which allows higher rate of fat burning which means that people who endure the trials of intermittent fasting generally have lower insulin levels. Another benefit is that intermittent fasting increases your metabolic rate anywhere between 4 and 14 percent.
And this will allow you to
burn more calories when your are existing, when you are sleeping, when you're just sitting in your chair. It is also been shown to lower type 2 diabetes. It can reduce oxidative stress, and inflammation throughout your body which means they are not going to get sores as often. And it will also reduce acne.
Some studies even show that it lowers cancer rates. It has been found to improve growth of new nerve cells which can basically make you smarter, make you retain information longer, and make connections faster. It has also been shown to increase your
life span. And on a more practical level, it allows you to have more time to do things that you enjoy doing if you don't necessarily enjoy cooking or buying food. You can spend less time preparing and cooking food or worrying about where your next meal will be.
Some people even have the famous tummy grumble where their stomach makes loud grumbles at the time of meetings and stuff early in the morning. That won’t happen when you endure intermittent fasting.
