In this video, Dr. Berg discussed why you still have to do ketogenic diet plan even if you’re not fat. Healthy ketosis is not really a diet – it is a healthy way of eating. Don’t wait for a motivation to change your diet and start eating healthy.

Skinny fat or TOFI is Thin on the outside, Fat on the inside. It may look like think people are healthier than overweight people, but that is not true. There is a study that says, “Adults that have BMI of less than 18.5 are a 1.8x greater risk of dying than people with greater than 18.5”.

The point of doing keto is to lower insulin because high insulin is the reason behind so many health problems like:

• Problems with the Eyes
• Fatty Liver
• Arteries
• Fatigue
• Mood Problems
• Memory
