Gobble | Cheesy Kurkure Fingers | Easy To Make Starters

Ingredients -
Refined flour - 1 cup
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Water - 1 cup
Processed grated cheese - 2 cups
Black olives chopped - 1/2 cup
Green chilli chopped - 1 Tsp
Red chili flakes - 1/2 tsp
Chopped onion - 1/2 cup
Chopped coriander - 2 tbsp
Bread slices - 6 pieces
Vermicelli crushed - 1 cup

1. In a bowl mix grated cheese along with olives, onions, green chilli, coriander and rest of the spices as per Video. Mix it well and keep it aside.

2. Take bread slices cut off the brown edge and roll it flat. Now put the spoon of cheese mixture in middle apply slurry on all sides and roll the bread, make sure all sides are sealed.

3. Coat the bread rolls with vermicelli, make sure it holds well with the slurry and deep fry till crisp brown. Serve with tomato sauce and chutney.
