Surat: Gujarat high court issues notice to state government regarding Alpesh Kathiria's plea to not arrest him under PASA act. This indeed comes as a big major relief for the PAAS leader in the sedition case. A few months back, the crime branch officials approached the court citing law and order violation by Alpesh. The police are looking for other angles and waiting for further orders.
