Hi Everyone and welcome to my little piece of the internet. For those who are new here, I'm Melanie and I try and document my life in the form of Vlogs (I also do 'other content' on Tuesday's and Sundays).
Welcome to my second Seventh vlog, a new format for me, which is a change from my current bi-weekly vlogs. I wanted to change things up a little, or a lot, and give you newer, more recent, content, as much as possible.
Week Seven - This was filmed from 8th February 2019 till the 10th February 2019. All my content, for weeklies, till be filmed Monday-Sunday evening and uploaded on Thursday at 6pm (as and when possible as life can and probably will get in the way at some point).

I am still struggling, massively, with my mental health - anxiety and depression, and still trying to film, for my channel.
I am not talking about what's making me feel the way I feel or what's going on because it makes me feel worse, so, for now, I will talk about being down and anxious but, for my own mental well being, I can't and won't talk about things in detail (maybe one day). I just can't go into what's going on with me at the moment, or any time soon, but my own issues are mine and everyone is different and feel differently and struggle in different ways.

Hi, I'm Melanie and I live in Lancashire.
I am currently struggling with severe anxiety and depression and most days I find it hard to have any motivation to do anything or even leave the house.
I am vlogging, as much as I can, to try and encourage and push myself to do something daily instead of sitting round doing nothing. I feel like it will give me something to do but also something to look back on to see if I am improving or just to see how I was feeling at that particular time.
I hope these videos help show the different sides to anxiety, depression and confidence issues, for those who don't suffer from them.
I also want to show others that they aren't alone and that lots of other people suffer with these issues and we all suffer in different ways and it's nothing to feel ashamed of, like some people makes us feel, and it's OK to ask for help and to tell others about how we are feeling. I've struggled with that, for a long time, and I still do, but I hope that some how what I am struggling with can encourage others to speak out too.
