In this video I show you a fast technique to convert audio files to Midi in FL Studio so you can play them on any instrument and quickly find the notes of any sample.
This technique works great on Vocals, Guitar, Bass, Cello etc and is a quick way to figure out a melody if you're new to music theory or short for time.
I use the stock Edison plugin to convert the Audio to a MIDI file in only 1 or 2 clicks. I demonstrate finding the notes of a vocal sample and a guitar sample and discuss the limitations of this technique. I also show how to use Newtone to find the notes/key.
