Knowledge is power in the business world, and as a leader, it’s important to share some knowledge with others.
We had the opportunity to show two high school students what managing a business looks like.
Here, they sat down with President, Mike Kaeding where Mike shared inside information related to what it's like being a leader, how to give constructive feedback, the importance of a strong team, the journey to success, discovering your purpose, and ultimately doing what makes you happy.
They even got to be the first people to tour our Gateway Green Apartments!
To teach people what you have learned can help others become leaders themselves.
