Munchie Talk | Why I Don't Recommend Oxbow Hamster and Gerbil Food

Munchie Talk | Why I Don't Recommend Oxbow Hamster and Gerbil Food

This is a hot debate right now in the hamster community so i thought i would address Oxbow Food for Hamsters/Gerbils by sharing how this topic came to be. I discuss the research that has been done, what hamster owners except out of their hamster food and what people's experiences with this brand have had on them and share at the end my own experiences. Please remember to always do your own research and come up with your own conclusions. Don't let just me tell you what is right. I may not recommend things or may have differences, but i am honestly fine with others and their decisions to use the food. Everyone is included in this conversation. So i'd love to hear your thoughts on why you use or why you do not use Oxbow Hamster/Gerbil food.

My Foster Home is about rescuing, rehabilitating and placing the animal in a well matched home. I learn about their personality, their needs and try my best to place them in a forever home once they're ready to leave. Fostering is temporary and tho i may get attached, there will always be a helpless animal out there who needs a place to go, so there will never be a foster fail because i want to have as many foster children as possible, because that's how many animals I've helped in my lifetime. Why not consider fostering yourself? Get involved and see for yourself what it means to be a Foster Home.
