My Response to the APA Declaring stoicism "Harmful"

My take on the careless use of the word stoicism by an academic association. Not trying to launch a conspiracy theory here. I just state one theoretical reason in my own mind that stoicism could threaten the psychological enterprise. My way of speaking probably makes it seem more sinister than intended. "Traditional masculinity—marked by stoicism, competitiveness, dominance and aggression—is, on the whole, harmful."
