Here are some of my favorite accessory workouts: I always get asked how to group your legs and glutes and my answer is always COMPOUND moves like squats, lunges, hip thrusts and deadlifts! Buuuut a good workout regimen should always have accessory movements to target smaller areas/single leg movements to strengthen, tighten and grow!
Here’s the workout: (these were demo videos so I’m using light/no weight. Add weight that challenges you in order to GROW)
1️⃣ Smith machine lunge 4x10
2️⃣ Banded walk 4x10 each side
3️⃣ pistol squat 4x8 each leg
4️⃣ hyperextension with glute focus 4x12
5️⃣ single leg hip raise 4x10 each leg
