Due to their turbulent family situation, the Yeckes triplets of Nevada only started attending school at the age of eight. But despite having to deal with absent parents and other kinds of setbacks and adversities, the sisters stuck together. In fact, they’ve stunned their community with what they have managed to achieve.
Yeckes triplets Kassidy, Haley and Sierra Yeckes are 18-year-old triplets who live in Las Vegas, Nevada. Being triplets is unusual in itself, of course, but what makes these three girls truly extraordinary is the story of their lives so far. That story begins, however, with childhoods of extreme hardship and neglect.
Indeed, when the girls were just three months old, they lost their mother. Then soon after that trauma, their father went to jail, and the triplets moved in with their grandmother. In June 2017 Kassidy told South Nevada channel Fox 5 that, as a result of the relocation, she and her sisters had missed out on schooling until they reached the age of eight.
