Citizen Beats Unlawful Ticket In Court

Citizen gets pulled over by Police Officer after filming Police at a scene. Police then unlawfully ticket citizen for nonsense. Citizen takes it to Court, and provides evidence. Judge clearly states that Police did not meet the burden of proof. Case Dismissed in favor of Citizen!
