Clementine - developing an advanced arrangement

This music is from a book entitled: “Composing, Arranging and Improvising Using Lead Sheets and Chord Charts”.
It shows the development of an arrangement beginning with a simple three-chord lead sheet and developing into a more advanced arrangement.
The development occurs in the following manner.
1. The piece is shown as a lead sheet with melody and primary chords only.
2. The piece is shown with added chord alterations or chord substitutions.
3. The piece is further developed melodically, rhythmically and harmonically to become a more advanced piano solo.
