Winter Storm Scott is moving through the Midwest bring Moderate to Heavy Snow. Severe Weather is Beginning to Develop as Warm Moist Air moves up from the South and cold drier air moves on the back edge of the front. The Biggest threats with the severe weather outbreak will be Large Destructive Hail, Deadly Cloud to Ground Lightning, Very Heavy Rain, Damaging winds, and Strong Long Lived Tornadoes, Some Tornadoes could reach full intensity as EF-3 to EF-4 stage. Tor-Con Value of a 4 to a 5 has been issued on my forecast.
