I still can't get rid of these annoying clicking sounds on Black Desert online on the Xbox One

I try to everything I try to relaunch in the game that didn't work I tried to change servers that didn't work is still there and I tried to go to the Black Desert support for Xbox and that they didn't have a thing for that any support for my problem and I reinstalled the game and the clicking noises still there I can anyone help me with this problem don't really know what to do I need help
