This calculation is based on the eigen value equation. One example is given for calculation of energy value of 1-d SHO from the wave function of ground state of the system. Further the lecture contains the way to solve the eigen value equation of z-component angular momentum of a particle rotating on the xy plane along the z-axis. The solution gives the expression of the wave function and the magnitude of the property of the system.
