The best test to confirm your pregnancy after doing your embryo transfer would be doing a blood test which would be a beta hCG hormone which would be tested. We could do this 12 days after you blastocyst transfer or 14 days after your day 3 transfer. We could also do a urine pregnancy test to confirm the same and sonography can be done about 3 weeks after embryo transfer to see the presence of gestational sac inside the uterus.
