The hosts of "The Talk" react to the passing of Luke Perry, today, after suffering a massive stroke. "This is stunning, shocking news," says Sara Gilbert. Sharon Osbourne reacts, "...so young and what a great man. A lovely, humble guy, really, really special guy... family guy. It's heartbreaking." Carrie Ann Inba recalls first meeting Perry when she moved into his neighborhood and he rang her door, "I open the door and it's Luke Perry" with a package left for her on the street. The daily one-hour series is hosted by Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne, Sheryl Underwood and Aisha Tyler. The hosts swap stories, challenge each other on issues and engage the studio audience and viewers at home about events in the headlines and their own homes. Show segments include guest interviews with entertainers and newsmakers, musical performances, cooking demos with celebrity chefs as well as real-world advice and tips from leading experts in fitness, diet, health, home, relationships, finance and fashion. The show was developed by Gilbert, who also serves as executive producer.
