Time Management - 7 tips to manage your time and be more productive Here are 7 fantastic time management strategies that really work and help you become more productive. You'll learn how to mange your time more effectively using these highly effective time management tools.

1. The first hour you’re awake don’t go on your phone. When you wake up do something for you (meditate, walk, breath). Don't check your phone first thing.

2. Do creative work the first two hours of the day. Don’t answer emails or texts. You’re the most effective the first 2 hours of the day.

3. DON”T use “TO DO” lists. Put everything you need to do in your calendar.

4. Control your Inbox. Set specific times to check emails. – change your notifications so you don’t see emails as they appear. Turn notifications off on apps like Instagram etc.

5. Learn to delegate. Focus on your strengths and do that. Give away the rest.

6. Shut down at a specific time. There will always be more to do. Stop when you’re tired.

7. TAKE CARE OF YOU - eat well, sleep, drink lots of water, exercise.
