Underwater video of AQX-AquaCycling, using bicep-tricep curls to challenge core + upper extremities.

Underwater video of AQX-AquaCycling, using bicep-tricep curls to challenge core + upper extremities. This is a sample video from the AQX AquaCycling certification course. Master Trainer Line Marr is shown demonstrating slow, steady cycling action, with good form. Notice the level of immersion. Water level is at the xiphoid process. Line is maintaining excellent alignment and an even, steady pedal stroke. The arms are held by the sides, palms are facing forward, maintaining a flat hand to optimize surface area and resistance while bending and straightening the elbows. Biceps, triceps, core and cardio conditioning are accomplished with this exercise. This movement would be made more challenging if range of motion and movement quality are maintained, while speed of movement are increased. Should someone require even more challenge, webbed gloves will greatly increase upper extremity resistance.
