A cheap Damp meter. Good for locating damp and leaks.

We have a wood burner so this is great for checking if our logs are dry enough to burn. Another use though is checking wood and walls around the home for damp. If you have a Combi boiler losing pressure this may be a useful aid to locating a leak. Dry lined walls with pipes behind where the dry lining gets damp, this would locate the leak.
