How Lori Loughlin's behavior could affect her college admissions case: Actress Lori Loughlin and more than a dozen others accused in the college admissions scandal face new and more serious charges. Prosecutors indicted 16 parents Tuesday, including Loughlin and her husband, designer Mossimo Giannulli, on money laundering and fraud charges. That's in addition to the previous charge of conspiracy to commit mail fraud. CBS News legal analyst Rikki Klieman joins “CBS This Morning” to discuss the latest on the scam.
