how to make Quaker Cocktail Recipe Citrusy, Bright and Delightful Raspberry Cocktail

The Quaker is a bright and delightful cocktail. Sweet and citrusy and not overpowering. Featured in Harry McElhone's 1927 Barflies and Cocktails. Feel free to play around with the rum utilised - we used UNTOLD Aged Caribbean Spiced Rum in the video below as the spices worked well within the Quaker. INGREDIENTS -

30mL Aged Rum (1 oz) -
30mL Brandy (1 oz) -
15mL Raspberry Syrup (½ oz) -
15mL Fresh Lemon Juice (½ oz) METHOD

1. Combine all the ingredients in your cocktail shaker
2. Shake with ice
3. Strain over crushed ice into a collins glass
4. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint
