“If you can imagine it, you can 3D print it”. With the 3D printing industry taking off, David Mazo wishes to raise public-awareness of the benefits and potential of this new technology. According to him, 3D printing is the key to manufacturing the better world we are able to imagine. With a mechanical engineer background, David Mazo works today in the 3D Print Business at Hewlett-Packard. Following his work in the development of a 3D-printed leg prosthesis within the “Print My Leg” project, he tells us of the possibilities this new technology is opening in our daily lives, and in particular in the prosthetics and orthotics segment.
