We had a lot of fun experimenting and playing with our fav characters :)
Song is It's a B-Movie from The Brave Little Toaster
Think of this as an AU combining Bioshock 1 and 2 storylines, mixing EVERYTHING up along the way so forget everything you ever knew. This is still in development but these are the ideas we have arrived at so far and used for the story in this video :3
Delta and Sinclair get Eleanor, then they meet up with Jack.
Sinclair: Tenenbaum hooked him up with Delta under similar circumstances, one difference being Tenenbaum did it to rid her hands as much as possible of being directly involved, but knowing Sinclair could be of use to Delta, knowing it might ease her conscience somewhat to know someone might succeed in helping the Sisters. Sinclair’s not at all interested in the added fire power of plasmids despite their dire circumstances. Then he got caught by Steinman who started the process of transforming him into a Big Daddy before Delta and co rescued him. Now that he's deformed (you can see part of that in his eye) he is struggling with his values in life. At one point Jack is about to be killed by splicers and Sinclair shoots himself up with some Winter whatever and saves jack. He no longer cares about the risks and starts fighting with plasmids more regularly.
Jack: recently discovered Atlas is actually Frank Fontaine and that he is an engineered human, but still has hope he can save Atlas (and whoever he, Jack, is) from Rapture… lots of struggling with identity and feelings for Jack.
Eleanor: leading the crew in a fight to save the Sisters from Rapture.
Delta’s still p much the same. He’s pretty attached to Sinclair and Eleanor. He doesn’t really like Jack or anyone else and avoids touching him.
Andrew Ryan is alive, and he and Sophia Lamb are vying for control over Rapture as it is falling down around them. Frank Fontaine, under the disguise of Atlas, has allied himself with Lamb. Atlas’s New Years’ Eve attack was successful, but afterwards Ryan was able to retaliate significantly, destroying most of Atlas’s resources. Lamb came at him with a proposal: join her, and have a stake in her revised Rapture. Of course, Atlas has other motives. He enjoys acting as Lamb’s right-hand brute, but in secret he is colluding with Ryan. His endgame is to get them to both kill each other - although, his evolving love for Ryan might cause a problem.
Tenenbaum is still working as a scientist in Rapture, and is only just now starting to find herself at war with her inner thoughts, with her own sense of morality. This plays out in real life: she is met with the opportunity to help Jack, Eleanor, Sinclair and Delta, and she finds herself unable to resist aiding them as she can, while still maintaining her job. If this AU was a game, you’d be playing Tenenbaum, making decisions to either help the Rapture rebels or to maintain her status, lifestyle, ability to conduct research as she’s dreamed, the reason she came to Rapture in the first place.
