2. ANALYZE THE DEAL-- Once you find a deal do you know how to make sense of it? How to analyze it? Do you know the talk and the terminology? Are you able to determine for yourself whether or not it would be a good investment?
3. FINANCE THE DEAL-- YOU NEED MONEY!!!! Most can't get a loan from the bank. Do you have 6 million dollars down for a 20 million dollar deal? Financing the deal is what keeps alot of people from investing in multifamily apartments.
4. MANAGE THE DEAL-- Every apartment complex will come with tenants and problems. You need a great manager because you are making too much money and dont have the time to be able to be there to manage and take care of the property.
