Kulgam 27 March :- Today Municipal Committee kulgam along with Renve department seized 33 shopes situated at general bus stand Laroo KULGAM which were has been auctioned from 2004 to 2009.
since the allotment of shops of concerned tenants failed to deposit the monthly rent till date. However they were repeatedly requested to deposit the outstanding rent and execution of agreement with this committee but they fail to deposit the rent,they were served with final notices on 11_01_2019 with an opportunity to execute an agreement with this Committee and deposition of outstanding rent arrears within ten days, but they failed to do so and finally today on 27-03-2019 this office lackdown 33 number of shops in General Bus stand Laroo Kulgam under the supervision of the Magistrate (Naib tehsildar Kulgam) and along with Executive officer Municipal Committee Kulgam Syed Manzoor Indrabi, president Municipal committee Kulgam Avinash Bhat, Tax Inspecter Gh Mohiudin Bhat and other officers.
