THE LAST DAY! Moving concrete, dirt and some final thoughts on IL investment land!

THE LAST DAY! Moving concrete, dirt and some final thoughts on IL investment land! Woo Hoo! We are finally and 'officially' out of our 211 acre Illinois investment farm hunting land property. Forget about fs19, this is the real thing, join me on the very last day as I put the Branson Tractor to work moving some more heavy concrete footers, hauling some dirt, grading, and some final thoughts on how things went and if we are happy or sad that we sold this farm kind of unexpectedly. There is no doubt that it has been a very long year of trying to transform this property through aggressive land management and habitat improvements and working with the FSA on the CRP (Conservation Reserve Program) plan to make some major changes that will greatly benefit the land and its owners in the coming years. Thanks for watching, please hit the like button and subscribe to follow all of our land management projects, habitat improvement projects, tractor projects, excavator projects, hunting land improvements, shooting, fishing, rustic red cedar projects and more country living adventures.
