One of my clients came to me to get fit. They have a young family and work in medicine (shift work).

After the first session, the client came back reporting that their hip pain (which had been fairly consistent since having a family) had been relieved with a few simple stretches.

As a consequence, they can exercise more frequently and enjoy exercising. They now see exercise as a way of maintaining good health and keeping their body pain free.

Not only that. They now know how to treat their own pain as I created a short video for them to follow. I want to empower my clients to live a healthy life. This means working with my clients on solutions that work for them and can be incorporated into their lives.

We’re working through other painful areas, but little by little the their body is changing, developing, strengthening and stretching.

Here are some of the stretches and movements my client completed on a daily basis.

These stretches target tight muscles around the hips, neck and wrists.

Take 5 minutes out of your day, 3 times a day to complete these stretches and mobilisations. Do 30 - 60 secs of each and see if they make a difference to how your body feels.
