Ingredients:
1 lb Steak Sliced (Angus Optional)
10-15 Large Shrimp cleaned and Deveined
12 Oz Pappardelle Pasta/Pasta of Choice
1 Cup Diced Shallots
3-5 Cloves Minced Garlic
2 Cups Beef Broth/ Stock
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1/2 Cup White Wine
Olive Oil & Butter ( Coat Pan)
Cajun Seasoning to Taste
Old Bay to Taste
Salt & Black Pepper to Taste
2 Cups Parmesan Cheese
1 Cup Fontinella/ Optional Cheese Preference
1 Tablespoon of Butter for Sauce
