The Rapple Dapple Pineapple Scrapple? I don't know. In the previous Simply Syrups episode, we made an excellent non-cook Pineapple Syrup. Wanting to try something new with it, I came up with this Bruce original. The only problem was, naming cocktails is hard. It really is. The name may sound a little nonsensical, but his cocktail is creamy, sweet, a little bitter and a perfect tropical drink to help bring on that sunshine! Become one of my Patrons on Patreon!

RAPPLE DAPPLE PINEAPPLE SCRAPPLE

IN A BLENDER COMBINE:
1.5 OZ - DARK RUM
1/2 OZ - COINTREAU
1 TBSP. - CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
3/4 OZ - FRESH LIME JUICE
2 OZ - GUAVA NECTAR
1 OZ - FROZEN PINEAPPLE SYRUP
3 SCOOPS - TROPICAL SORBET

BLEND IT GOOD
--------------------
POUR INTO A FROZEN COCKTAIL GLASS

GARNISH WITH A PINEAPPLE WEDGE AND SOME CRUSHED CHILLI PEPPER
FLAKES

ADD 4 DROPS AROMATIC BITTERS
